Administrative Assistant / Receptionist (POSITION FILLED)

Location: Miami Beach - Historic Old Miami Beach City Hall Office Building

Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm with a great working environment seeks enthusiastic, responsible, bilingual, experienced, and detail oriented receptionist/administrative assistant for front desk. Must be professional and have a pleasant personality to greet clients. The ideal candidate must be self motivated and able to multitask. Candidate will be responsible for supporting the clients and employees of the firm, answering telephone calls, filing and scanning, gathering of mail, coordinating meetings, maintaining Outlook calendars and contacts, processing of income tax returns, accounting through QuickBooks; and all related general and administrative office duties. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum two years experience required, preferably in a CPA firm Bilingual - English/Spanish Excellent computer software skills, particularly Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a rapidly changing environment. Self-directed and self motivated; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent verbal, writing, organizational skills and attention to detail PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Very important to greet all visitors, callers and employees in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. Preparing, scanning and placement of client documents in electronic and paper filing systems. Responsible for all incoming and out-going mail and courier packages.
